Sound for the whole day.
From the first reading to the last dance. One engineer, one system, dialled in for your venue — so the ceremony, the speeches and the evening all land exactly as they should.
Three moments,
one system.
A wedding day changes shape hour by hour. The rig we bring is designed to move with it — quiet enough for vows, loud enough for the last dance.
Phase 01The Ceremony
Guests arrive to music playing at exactly the right level. Your entrance is cued to the second, and every word of the vows and readings is heard at the back of the room — without a hint of feedback.
- Handheld and lapel radio mics for celebrant, officiant and readers
- Live musician support — DI and mic packages for acoustic duos, harpists and string quartets
- Cue-by-cue timing agreed with the venue, registrars and your planner
- Discreet point-source speakers placed to disappear into the setting
Phase 02The Speeches
The moment everyone leans in. We control the room so the best man can take his time, the father of the bride can land the punchline, and nobody at the back misses a word.
- Radio or lectern microphones for every speaker, plus a spare held in the wings
- Room-tuned EQ and gain-before-feedback so nothing rings or runs away
- Speech playlists and walk-up music handled from the desk
- Timings kept in step with the venue, caterers and toastmaster
Phase 03The Evening
Band, DJ or a playlist you built yourselves — the dancefloor gets a system with the headroom to lift the room, and warm lighting to carry the party late into the night.
- Full band and DJ PA with subwoofers scaled to the marquee or hall
- Wireless mic for announcements, first dance and an encore of the speeches
- Warm LED uplighting and dancefloor wash, set to your colour palette
- Engineer on site all evening, from first dance to last orders
What comes with it
No hidden extras, no last-minute add-ons. Every wedding booking includes the following as standard.
Site Visit & Liaison
We walk the space with you or your planner, agree speaker placement and power, and brief the venue so nothing is left to the morning.
System Designed for Your Room
A point-source rig specified to the size and acoustics of your venue — not a one-size-fits-all hire package.
Engineer On Site All Day
One dedicated engineer from load-in to last orders, mixing the ceremony, the speeches and the evening.
Microphones & Cabling
Radio, handheld and lectern mics, all PAT tested, with discreet cable runs taped and matted out of sight.
Uplighting & Atmosphere
Warm LED uplighting to wash the walls and dancefloor in your chosen colours, faded in as the light drops.
Backup & Insurance
Spare microphones, spare everything, full public liability insurance and PAT certificates available on request.
Delivery, Set & Collection
We deliver, install, strike and collect — including out-of-hours access where the venue requires it.
Music Guidance
A second opinion on playlists, walk-up tracks and first-dance cues if you'd like one — entirely optional.
How the day runs
A typical wedding day from our side of the desk. Yours will be shaped around your timings — this is simply the shape of it.
- 01From 07:00
Load-in & set
Crew arrive and build the system while the room is still empty. Speakers, mics and lighting placed and tested before a single guest appears.
- 02Before guests
Soundcheck & walkthrough
Levels set, cues agreed, and a final walk of the room with your planner or the venue.
- 03Ceremony
Vows, readings & music
Music at the right level as guests take their seats, mics live for the words that matter.
- 04Drinks reception
Background music
Gentle reinforcement for canapés and conversation — present, never intrusive.
- 05Speeches
Every word lands
Mics set and checked for each speaker, the room tuned so nothing runs away.
- 06Evening
Band, DJ & dancefloor
The system opens up for the party, uplighting shifts to evening colours, and the engineer stays on the desk.
- 07Last orders
Strike & collect
We pack down quietly once the party ends, leaving the venue exactly as we found it.
Built for your room
Every venue behaves differently. We work across the South West and beyond, in rooms with their own systems and in spaces that have never had a rig in them before.
Private Estates & Gardens
Grounds, lawns and walled gardens where the sound has open air to travel through.
Marquees & Tipis
Temporary structures with hard surfaces and no house system — we bring the whole rig.
Barns & Rustic Venues
Characterful rooms with tricky acoustics, tuned so speeches stay clear and warm.
Country Houses & Manors
Elegant settings where the equipment has to work hard and be seen as little as possible.
Boutique Hotels & Restaurants
Intimate rooms where volume discipline matters more than outright power.
Churches & Chapels
Live, reflective spaces needing careful control and respectful, discreet placement.
No house system? No problem. If your venue has its own rig we'll work with it — if it doesn't, we bring everything the day needs, including power distribution, cabling and lighting.
